How To Start

Everyone is welcome to participate in a FREE trial session, with no pressure or obligation! Get a feel for it, evaluate our approach and check your own capabilities, all without having to make a commitment.

After an initial 4-week trial period, you can then join membership with either the Genbukan Ninpo Bugei or Kokusai Jujutsu Renmei OR both of these, depending on which style you practice. These are the organizations of Grandmaster Soke Shoto Tanemura. You will then receive your Membership Licence Book, Badge, and personal welcome letter from Soke in Japan.

You then have the unique and special opportunity to grade up to and beyond Black Belt under the overview of an authentic Grandmaster of Martial Arts – Soke Shoto Tanemura!

When you pass each level, you will receive a personally written, signed & stamped certificate for that particular grade, from the Grandmaster himself. This is indeed a rare chance in the state of Modern Martial Arts to get such an authentic qualification that connects you to an important historical lineage of Masters.

It is perhaps also important to acknowledge to yourself, that this first step of attending a class is sometimes the hardest step. You will be exposing yourself to an unfamiliar study and probably extending your comfort zones. Just stay aware that everyone feels this when we try something new or different and allow yourself some time and patience to adjust and adapt to a new environment and practice. This is the beginning of an exciting journey that given time will provide you with many valuable life skills.
