Our Personal Defence Readiness™ Classes & Courses are focused on Reality Based Scenario Training and incorporates the world re-knowned ‘S.P.E.A.R. System™ as the core component.
We believe that the most dangerous and critical moment in a violent attack is the surprise attack, the ambush, the sucker punch. Understanding the science of what happens to us in that moment... the startle/flinch response and then what we can do to get back on track with our tactical directive is the core  essence of our drills and skills.
Once we are prepared for that off-balance moment on-purpose, we then start injecting those ‘Jack In The Box’ moments into a wide range of likely scenarios from road rage to an elevator, from sitting on a chair to lying on your back.

Our weekly classes & courses have fitness components naturally built into them, as the drills and skills work the body’s various systems of fitness.
We view fitness as a life-assisting function and not just as an image!
Our physical drills and skills are in alignment with a concept of fitness, that aims to increase your work capacity across the various demands that life may throw at you! Giving you a functional ‘ready-state’ for the any physical demand.
We focus on developing physical aspects such as: cardiovascular endurance; strength; stamina; speed; power; agility; co-ordination; accuracy; balance and flexibility.
